PAYMENT TERMS

  • Cruises up to 9-nights
    • $500 PP deposit at time of booking Double Occupancy
      (within 48 hours of booking).
    • $1,000 deposit for single occupancy.
  • Cruises of 10 or more nights
    • $1,000 PP deposit at time of booking Double Occupancy
      (within 48 hours of booking).
  • $2,000 deposit for single occupancy.
  • Final payment due 180 days prior to cruise departure date. Promotions may alter due date.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

  • 150% based on the best promotional fare
  • Applicable to cabins D, C, B and AA
  • Capacity controlled.

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • 121+ days: $250pp fee
  • 120 – 91 days: 25% of gross fare
  • 90 – 61 days: 50% of gross fare
  • 60 – 31 days: 75% of gross fare
  • 30-0 days: 100% of gross fare

COMMISSION TERMS

  • Cruise reservation commission payments are issued within 20 days of cruise departure. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Shore excursions commission (10%) is paid separately than the cruise reservation.
  • Insurance commission (10%) is paid within 60 days of purchasing insurance
  • Commission protection:
    • Earned commissions will be protected and paid within 30 days prior to the cruise departure date.
    • If VCL cancels a cruise within 30 days of departure date, VCL will protect earned commissions if the guest does not rebook their cruise within the year.
    • Shore excursions commission are never protected
    • As we get closer to launch Bob can provide a list of partners with commission rates.

WAITLISTS

  • Requires a deposit of $150 per person
  • Reservation is eligible for current promotion, if waitlist clears.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

  • $500pp savings in addition to the current promotion.
  • Guest must provide proof of military status.
